It doesn't get any better...

We are situated on a little sunny hill,
with Selva in front of us and the Nature Park "Vallunga" behind us.

It is a quiet zone, with a big garden, a stupendious view and much nature...

Our house is 2-3 minutes (50m)far away from the Nature Park "Vallunga" (slopes for cross-country ski, new chairlift "Val" as connection to the "Sellaronda" and many walking-possibilities) and max. 5 minutes far away from the small slopes for children and the cablecar"Danterceppies".
By car you need 2-3 minuts for the centre of Selva.

on the Brenner motorway A22 leave at the exit Chiusa/Val Gardena and drive towards Val Gardena. Selva is at the end of the valley, at the bottom of the "Gruppo del Sella". Follow the road to the centre of Selva.  You will find the cablecar "Ciampinoi" and the hotel Corona at your right. At the next crossing, turn left and drive up to the hill, where you will see the ski school and finally the cablecar "Danterceppies" on the top. Go down the hill and take the second street on your right. Turn right again...and you have arrived!
